Euro 2012 qualifier: England vs Bulgaria 4-0

Fabio CapelloEngland won against Bulgaria 4-0 in a Euro 2012 qualifier at Wembley stadium.

Jermain Defoe scored a hat-trick (2’, 61’, 86’) , Adam Johnson scored for 3-0 (83’), while Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney returned to form.

It was England’s squad first competitive match since their 1-4 humiliation against Germany in the last 16 of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

Fabio Capello made four changes from the team that started the match against Germany, they made a difference to the team’s shape and attitude.

Injured John Terry and Frank Lampard were absent.

  1. England played very well in the match against Bulgary.
    It was impressive when the player Defoe scored the first goal at the 3 minutes and in the second half scored two goals and Adam Johnson scored the third goal . The other players played very well and Rooney did a good job in a different position. Very good England.
    These players Know how to dominate the ball and they are amazing:
    J.Hart, A.Cole,P.Jagielka,G.Jhonson,M.Dawson, S.Gerrard, G.Barry, J. Milner, Wayne Rooney, T.Walcott. J.defoe, G.Cahill, Adam Jhonson , A. Young ,the substitutes and the coach.
