France vs. Mexico: Mexico latest news
Even if Mexico faces a tough game against France, the moment couldn’t be better for Javier Aguirre’s team.
France isn’t in its best form, and Javier Aguirre’s boys could take advantage.
Barcelona and Mexico defender Rafael Marquez said that the game against France is the most important one.
His coach Javier Aguirre also said that his team will attack in the game against France, as they always do, and that they will be aggressive about it. He also added that they will do so even if they leave spaces for their opponents that way.
Still, Javier Aguirre wouldn’t say a thing about the first 11 he would send onto the pitch in the game against France.
What’s known, though, is that the Mexico team captain will be Barcelona defender Rafa Marquez. This was confirmed by the Mexican coach.
The 31-year old Marquez is set to retire from international football after the South African World Cup, so he will want to get as much out of the tournament as he can.
