Mexico vs. France: World Cup 2010 match preview
France vs. Mexico is a game in which neither team can afford mistakes.
They both got just one point in the first game, so things are tight.
Mexico got only a surprise draw against South Africa in the first game, while France got a draw against Uruguay. Yesterday, the host team lost 3-0 against Uruguay, now leaders of the group with 4 points.
If any of these two want to still keep chances to go forward, they need the 3 points tonight. Whoever loses stands very little chances of advancing in the competition.
Mexico looked good in the draw against South Africa, but didn’t manage to score more, while France wasn’t at all fabulous against Uruguay, giving coach Raymond Domenech even more reasons to be contested.
It’s all up to the 22 players. They are the ones that need to prove that they deserve to progress in the competition.
