Gay marriage ban overturned: Happiness in Georgia
A ruling by a court in California, that overturned a gay marriage ban, was very well received in neighboring Georgia.
A few dozen people went out in the streets, expressing their support.
They waved rainbow flags and had signs with various slogans supporting their cause.
There is also a group that is against the decision. They also plan to go out and express their opinions.
People at the event said that things will be the same in Georgia soon and that the question is not whether same-sex marriage will be possible there, but the moment when this will happen.
Even with the court ruling, it must be said that gay marriages will not be allowed immediately in California.
