And if that’s not hard enough, the team that wants the position must get a goal difference that’s bigger than the Netherlands’. Currently the Netherlands have scored 3 times and conceded no goals. That’s 4 goals to start with for Japan and 5 for the Denmark.

Almost impossible stuff. Still, the team that wins tonight is certain of its progress into the round of 16. A draw would see Japan through.
