Reduce the salt consume in 5 steps

The first step in cosuming less salt is that you really need to understand what damage can do to you when eating too salty. The worse effect is that your blood presure will go high and your heart condition will go from bad to worse day by day. Also lots of important diseases like diabetes and cancer are directly related with the excess of salt.

The second advice is that you should all the time first taste the food and only after put a small amount of extra salt, if you feel that you should really do that. Lot’s of people think about adding more salt a must do action.

Try to eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and avoid the premade food. If you are using already for salads for example,dressing sauces, think again before adding more salt, the sauces already have a big quantity of salt added.

When you are cooking try to use some ther spicies than salt,oregano, dill, parsley, pepper,lime , garlic.

Another important step, is that you should really really avoid snacks, peanuts, burgers.
