Tottenham vs. BSC Young Boys: UEFA Champions League playoff preview
Tottenham meets BSC Young Boys in a game in which they need to confirm that they deserve to be in the UEFA Champions League groups.
The first game was a total disappointment for Harry Redknapp’s team.
Even if the result is not a bad one (losing 3-2 in an away game is not really that bad), their performance was not what their manager would have hoped.
The Swiss team had a 3-0 lead before Redknapp’s boys managed to take 2 goals back.
Still, the important thing for them is that they did and now they have serious qualification hope. After all, they only need a 1-0 win.
Jermain Defoe is set to play tonight, even if he will face surgery afterward, and that will keep him off the pitch for a month. Modric certainly won’t be a part of the team .
